It’s a 3 star hotel with a 5 star staff, and a great location! It isn’t the most modern. You actually use a key to get in the room, or the fanciest, but the staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and take pride in their work. It’s close to restaurants, the main square, a flee market type of place, coffee shops and the streetcar. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone. If I return to Krakow I would definitely stay here again.
